Anterior Implant Bridge

 

Class III Patient lost her 4 incisors in an accident. 

Four implants placed, temporaries were fabricated and also used to try and correct the Class III bite.

Four telecopic crowns were fabricated to correct the angulation of the implants. 4 unit PFM bridge fabricated on top of that with porcelain gingiva to correct bone and soft tissue deffect.
